Subscriber Identification
Subscribers must provide valid documents and information to verify identity, legal status, and business capacity. Get Net reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if false information is provided or if updates are not reported.
Service Timeline
Get Net will provide services within the agreed timeline. In case of unavoidable delays, subscribers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Ownership of Equipment
All network equipment, devices, and connections supplied by Get Net remain the property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment Policy
Subscribers are required to make payments on time. Failure to pay bills within the due date may result in temporary suspension or disconnection of service.
Connection Fee
Installation and connection charges depend on the selected package, connection type, and service location. Get Net reserves the right to revise fees and pricing when necessary.
